The Lincoln Quicklub series is the standard system for all applications. Quicklub pumps cater to all industry applications involving small, mid-size, and even large types of machinery up to 250 lubrication points.

Quicklub pumps are available in several variations with either AC or DC supply voltage. They are therefore suitable for stationary or mobile equipment (e.g. trucks, construction machines or agricultural machinery). Quicklub pumps are designed for interval operation.

These systems can drive up to 3 individual pump elements that are available in 3 different sizes with fixed output. An adjustable element is also available that can be set to match your requirements. Reservoir size comes in 2, 4, 8 and 15 liter capacity. For confined spaces, a special 2L flat reservoir is also available.

Auto Lubrication Systems

Lincoln QuickLube

The Lincoln Automatic Quicklube is designed for all types of weather conditions and severe job requirements often faced in the southeastern region. The completely reliable and fully automatic Sun Machinery Lubrication System will increase your component life and overall productivity.

The system dispenses small measured amounts of lubricant at frequent intervals while your equipment is operating, maintaining a consistent lubricant seal to prevent dirt and contaminants from migrating into bearings.

Benefits:

  • Designed to provide a relatively simple and inexpensive method of centralizing or automating the lubrication process

  • Electrical pumps are vibration-resistant and shock-resistant for use on mobile equipment

  • Combine SSV divider valves with Helios two-line systems or Centro-Matic single-line systems

  • Solid block-type SSV metering valves will not leak under pressure

Advantages:

  • Improves bearing life

  • Increases productivity

  • Reduce Unplanned Downtime

  • Improves safety

  • Eliminates contamination

  • Reduces energy cost

  • Use Your Standard In-Shop Grease

  • Reduce Maintenance Cost

Lincoln Centro-Matic

Lincoln Centro-Matic systems and components are made to match your application. Systems can service one machine, different zones on one machine or even several separate machines. Regardless of the application, the principle
of centralized lubrication remains the same: a central pump station automatically delivers lubricant through a single supply line to the injectors.

How a Centro-Matic Injector Works...

Benefits:

  • Easy to understand, install and maintain

  • Powerful pump units for large-scale systems

  • Injectors are externally adjustable for the correct amount of lubricant

New Product:

Lincoln is reinventing Centro-Matic, our industry-standard automatic lubrication system - reducing total system cost, significantly improving performance and providing increased benefits for customers.  The changes are built around the new SL-V Injector. Since the system was first introduced in 1937, there have been many improvements to the injectors and other elements of the system, but the SL-V represents the most significant advance in the history of the line.

Use heavier grease: This provides the potential to eliminate grease change-out due to temperature variations where lubricants are switched to lower viscosity in cold winter climates

Reduce supply line diameter: This will save money on plumbing costs when designing a system.

Run longer supply lines: This gives you greater flexibility when installing systems and makes Centro-Matic a more effective option for many applications.

Increase Equipment ROI:

Increase Returns

Bearing failure resulting from improper lubrication is a major cause of equipment downtime and significant unnecessary maintenance costs in today’s environment. The majority of failures are caused by: contamination of bushings by dust, dirt and moisture, inadequate amounts of lubricant applied to bearings, or over-lubrication of key pivot points.

Direct costs resulting from inadequate lubrication can include: replacement bearings, labor to repair or replace bearings, lost time and its impact on productivity. Indirect, but very real costs include: wasted lube, environmental issues, safety or housekeeping issues, and higher labor costs related to inefficient manual lubrication practices.
